Refund and Returns Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products. However, if you’re not satisfied due to an issue on our part, we’ll try our best to resolve it.

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted only if the item is:

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Defective or wrongly sent

  • Reported within 72 hours of delivery

• Items must be unused and in original condition with packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Items damaged due to customer mishandling

• Products with slight color/size variations (common in handmade/raw materials)

• Customized or clearance items

• Used or tampered products

3. How to Request a Return

• Provide your order ID, issue description, and photos of the product.

• Once verified, we will approve your return and provide further instructions.

4. Refunds

• Once returned product is received and inspected, refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

• Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange

• We do not offer direct product exchange. You may return the item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
